The family of ATO participant is refused to be registered as IDPs

The family of soldier of «Aidar» Vladimir Kososlapov are refused to be registered as Internally Displaced Persons. Attorney Ihor Chudovsky reported about it to the correspondent of informator.lg.ua. According to his words the spouse and three underage children (2004, 2008 and 2009 years of birth) were forced to move out from ATO zone in summer of the last year.

According to his words they were refused in registration in Odessa, then in village Krikhvitsy (Ivano-Frankivsk region). The refuse was explained by officials with a fact that Kosolapov family wasn’t registered on a territory of holding of ATO. “They really weighed registration in Luhansk in 2014, but they didn’t get the registration in Schastie. The war had begun, it was important to think about life and health of children, not about registration. And it was very difficult to do it on the uncontrolled territory” — attorney explained.

As evidence of their residence ATO zone Kosolapov family provided the document, signed by deputy of Schastie City Council, certified by two neighbors-witnesses.

Info: Vladimir Kosolapov is the soldier of “Aydar” batallion together with father (also soldier of “Aidar”) took part in liberation of Schastie town.
