Lugansk region. Lugansk is calm. There weren’t any fightings or shelling. In spite of ceasefire, separatists bully locals by fictional plans of attacks of Ukrainian army. So much so, a car drives through settlements of Stanichno Luhansk region with a loudspeaker that urges residents to leave the living area.
Russian sources report that leader of Lugansk separatists Igor Plotnitsky detained by Russian law enforcement authorities on the territory of the Russian Federation. The reasons and terms of detention aren’t clarified.
The head of Lugansk regional civil-military administration Gennady Moskal prohibited from 1st of May 2015 moving in and out from the occupied territories for militants trucks and buses. Transit of cars and pedestrian traffic won’t be limited.
From yesterday’s evening mercenaries haven’t stopped shelling of Schastie city from machine guns and grenade launchers.
Closer to evening mercenaries attacked ukrainian positions near Schastie from antiaircraft weapons, automatic grenade launchers and mortars .
Ukrainian block-posts were attacked by separatists on Bahmutskaya track near villages Krymskoe and Novotoshkovka.
In the vicinity of borders of Ukraine, on a military range near village Kuzminki of Rostov region Russia eyewitnesses noted a series of explosions and numerous fires yesterday. Russian Emergency Situations Ministry evacuated residents of nearby settlements.
Donetsk region. The night and day in Donetsk passed quietly. There weren’t fightings.
Drunk mercenary arranged an accident and then shot at the driver. It happened on Ilich avenue in the centre of the city.
The press service of the Donetsk City Council informed that as of the morning of 28th of April 2015 15 transformer substations didn’t work. 1039 abonents stayed without natural gas in their flats and houses.
Separatists again fired the positions of ATO forces around territory of Donetsk International Airport. Villages Orlovskoe, Granitnoe, Leninskoe, Opytnoe, Peski were under attack.
Positions of Armed Forces of Ukraine came under fire from multiple launch rocket systems «Grad» of mercenaries under Avdeevka. One soldier was killed.
Separatists have already been firing during three days on positions of ATO forces near Svetlodarsk and Mironovskogo from outskirts of Gorlovka city. Thereby fighters commit provocations.
In Mariupol’s direction mercenaries tried twice unsuccessfully to to break through the defense line near village Pavlopol.
In the early morning separatists made shelling on positions of ATO forces near village Orlovskoe from 120-mm mortars, that are prohibited by Minsk agreements.
Yesterday, at 28th of April fighters didn’t allow OSCE observers to the line of demarcation in the village Shirokino .
