Stray dogs began to be shot in controlled by insurgents Alchevsk. According to words of locals, the destroying of animals takes place in the new district of the city. In particular, repeated cases of shooting of dogs, including domestic and chipped, left unattended, happened near shop “Sporttovary” (Sport goods), maternity hospital and supermarket “Prestige”.

According to words of dwellers, usually corpses of dogs are left lying in the yards, shocking locals and children.
