According to the report of the closed source, approximated to “top brassers” of “LPR” to the correspondent informator.lg.ua it connects with harshly decreasing of number of sending militaries on Donbass from Russia. “Those, who are now in “republics” can’t move out, because there is nobody to exchange them. So, they were going here on 2-3 months and it turns 4-5 months now”, told the source.
