Residents of Vesela Hora village occupied by insurgents live without water for a long time already. Besides that there are often problems with electricity in the village.

According to information from Special monitoring mission of OSCE the electric power gets periodically switched off in the village and this happens because of repair works in the power line. Locals reported that there is no water in the village since June-July because the pump station was destroyed by explosion.

Insurgents were systematically shelling positions of Ukrainian Army in Shchastya from the territory of Vesela Hora.
