OSCE observers saw at “Donetsk” checkpoint that the coal from “LPR” gets transported to Russia and they mentioned that in their report.

“In the last week mobile group saw a lot of cargo trucks crossing the border in both direction, there were also cargo trucks with coal that transported coal from Ukraine (Lugansk Region) to Russian Federation via “Gukovo” checkpoint” reports OSCE.

Recently “LPR police” reported that they confiscated 5 thousand tons of illegally extracted coal.
