The leader of Donetsk fighters has signed a decree that front line village Kominternovo enters into the territorial ownership of “DPR” from the “grey zone”. ‘Document’ explains that such inclusion of Kominternovo in ‘people’s republic’ is temporary.

Tellingly, the decree was signed on February 1, after a month of capturing of the front line village. It seems that fighters weren’t sure in their success and worried that Kominternovo could come back to Ukrainian side.

We would remind that “DPR” fighters have shot their own positions around Kominternovo.
