The authorities of occupied Stakhanov want to introduce reduced fare for town retirees. Except 10 roubles, pensioners are promised to pay 5. Thus, no subsidies for carriers was planned in town’s and ‘republic’s’ budget. Carriers in their turn are threatening to go out from the routes, if benefits approved.
