Hague and criminals in Crimea, Zolotoe checkpoint by OSCE. 

Human right activists of Ukraine have given to Hague Court evidences of criminals in Crimea. Brigitte Dufour, the head of human rights organization ‘International partnership for human rights’ has claimed about it during the press-conference.  

According to her words, facts of 7 murders, 15 violent missings, 90 cases of illegal detention, 39 cases of tortures and other forms of inhuman treatment were documented among the materials given to International Criminal Court (ICC). Also, the information about taking possession of state and private property and internally displacing more than 60 thousand of people was transmitted to the court.

Brigitte Dufour added that human right activists have been preparing during two years the report in close cooperation with the organization “KrymSOS” human rights contact group in the Crimea and other public organizations.

‘Data about criminals was collected directly by field missions. Evidence are based on the interview, data of witnesses and victims of criminals’, noticed the head of human rights organization.

‘LPR’ fighters have no plans to open the checkpoint near Zolotoe. OSCE has reported about it in its report of November 16, linking on the conversation with armed people in uncontrolled territory of Donbass Ukraine.

‘Armed ‘LPR’ member has reported to observers in the checkpoint of ‘LPR’ on the South from withdrawal near Zolotoe, that ‘LPR’ collaborators are not going to open checkpoint in spite of preparing works on the controlled by government side’, OSCE has clarified.

At the same time, mission has marked that on the site of withdrawal near Petrovskoe, armed ‘DPR’ member has refused to report to patrol if there were demining works.

The same situation is with the demining in Stanitsa Luhanska and Zolotoe, where mission didn’t fixed work process of railing in the place of explosive devices and making mines useless.

In spite of conversations with medics and representatives of ‘power’ in ‘DPR’, OSCE observers couldn’t confirm the message about 16 year old boy blowing up on the mine, who ostensibly died on the place of explosion in occupied by ‘DPR’ insurgents village Yasnoe. The report of Mission of November 16 tells about it.  

‘Mission hasn’t already confirmed mass media messages about suffered among civils, including 16-year boy, ostensibly died stepped on the mine on November 12 in controlled by ‘DPR’ village Yasnoe (30 km on South-West to Donetsk)’, representatives accented and added that Mission could not confirm the information about woman of 59 years old, who had got shrapnel wounds in the morning of November 14 in Mariinka.
