Fake news from separatist media about help to ‘LPR’ from ‘People in Need’, Mustafa Jemilev will be free on November 25, trial about Efremov’s case moved, fall of a damned ‘Star of Victory’ in Luhansk, 27 wounded soldiers in the hospital of Kharkiv, holding the elections on occupied territory of Donbass, delays with withdrawal from Ukrainian side, the rout of Medvedcuk’s office in Kyiv on the anniversary of Maidan at the ‘Day of Dignity and Freedom’.

‘LPR’ fighters can’t independently solve the problems in their illegal ‘republic’, so they’re crying for help. Separatist mass-media have reported about it.

In particular, more than two years inhabitants of occupied Khryaschevatoe, near Luhansk, live actuallly without water. The water tower was destroyed during the warfare 2014. However, the ‘LPR’ chieftain together with his ‘deputies’ haven’t already rebuilt it for 2.5 years. So, population still not provided with water.

In connection with this, authorities decided to apply to volunteers for help. Representatives of ‘republic’ assure that Czech organization ‘People in need’ ostensibly sent new water tower as humanitarian aid.

According to words of the ‘head of utility ‘Vodokanal’ Sergei Kanyuk, the mount of tower will be done in a week.

At the same time official website of ‘People in Need’ doesn’t give any information about such humanitarian aid for fighters. Last information about humanitarian aid to Ukraine has the date September 13, 2016 and it was addressed to Elenovka in Donetsk region and its inhabitants.

Russian attorney Mark Feygin has confirmed the information about coming release of son of the leader Crimean-Tatar people Mustaphe Jemilev Khaiser. Lawyer has reported about it to project of Radio Freedom Krym.Realii.

‘Khaiser Jemilev must be released in a closer Friday, because the term of his imprisonment comes to the end’, Feygin stressed. However, the attorney doesn’t exclude the opportunity of appearing of obstacles in the process of releasing of Khaiser Jemilev.

‘Obstacles always could appear, nobody insured from them. What depends the place of his being after the release, now we’re solving this problem’, clarified Mark Feygin.

On the eve Mark Feygin has announced the release of one of ‘Crimean hostages’.

As is known, Khaiser Jemilev was charged with murder of acquaintance of their family Fevzi Edemov from the gun in the courtyard of own house on May 2013. After the annexation of Crimea Russian investigative authorities decided to study his case once again and sent him to serve his sentence in Astrakhan colony №10.

Later, on September 15, Russian court has established administrative supervision for three years to Khaiser. According to the decision handed down, it’s forbidden to Khaiser Jemilev to leave Crimea borders and to be out of place of living in Bakhchisaray from 10 pm to 6 am, except cases, connected with work. Also, it’s forbidden to him to be at bars, cafe, restaurants or other entertainment institutions at appointed time. Son of Jemilev must two times a month to come in the ‘dept of internal affairs at the place of residence or the place of registration’.

The question of the continuing of arrest to ex-MP from ‘Party of regions’ Alexander Efremov wasn’t considered in Pechersk District Court of Kyiv. The term of his detention will over on November 24. According to the report of ‘Interfax-Ukraine’ the court hearing postponed indefinitely pending the issue of the disqualification of a judge.

Efremov’s defense claimed the disqualification to the secretary of court hearing, in connection with inadequate process organization. After there was the disqualification to the prosecutor, because defense consider him biased, and then the disqualification of a judge must be.

‘The interruption of the session was claimed till the moment, when automatic case assignment system will determine the judge, who will consider the application about disqualification’, attorney Smirnov noted.  

8-meter memory sign ‘Star of Victory’ has fallen down at night on November 21,  in occupied Luhansk. This ‘monument’ was mounted on May 14, 2016 by participants of pro-Kremlin motorcycle club ‘Night Wolves’ together with occupation ‘administration’ of Luhansk.

Separatist media have reported that star had fallen down at night because of strong wind gusts. Currently all construction of the ‘monument’, which had been already damaged earlier, is absent at the scene.

We would remind that at night on November 11 the fundament of ‘star’ was damaged as the result of explosion. The hole of diameter 70-80 cm appeared in the metal tube. Local ‘specialists’, who eliminated all the damages, attributed them to ‘Ukrainian saboteurs’.

The volunteers of fund ‘Sister of Mercy ATO/Kharkiv’ have reported that 27 soldiers were delivered in Kharkiv military hospital during three days.

‘November 17, 2016 – 16 soldiers arrived from ATO zone. November 18, 2016 – 1 soldier arrived. November 19, 2016 – 10 soldiers arrived’, volunteers reported, noted that warm men clothes, underwear, warm shoes, warm slippers, detergents, washing powders needed.

Also there is permanent need in personal care products and sweets.

The representative of Ukraine in the political subgroup of Contact group Olga Ayvazovskaya doesn’t see common ground in question of holding the elections on occupied territory of Donbass, ‘Interfax-Ukraine’ has reported.

‘I don’t see any compromise in the matter of the election modality. The key question for us is the election system. It must be closer to Ukrainian, which is used on local elections, political parties are necessary is the proportional component’, the message explains.

The other side adheres to the ‘contra versioned position’.

‘For example, parties mustn’t take part in elections. Of course, Ukrainian side can’t move away from its position, as from role of Central Election Committee. I don’t see any of positions, in which different sides could become closer’, Ayvazovskaya told.

Also, ‘Interfax-Ukraine’, relying on own source in Minsk negotiation groups, reports that participants of the Contact Group on Ukraine won’t approve seven safety zones on the demarcation line in Donbass on November 23, because forces and resources weren’t withdrawn on all pilot sites.

‘Participants of negotiations will continue on the meeting discussion of the parameters of new safety zones. However the process of withdrawal on pilot sites wasn’t finalized. While it won’t happen, it’s impossible to talk about approvement of seven more zones’, the source explained.

It also added that ‘there is still no progress in the matter of withdrawal on the last from three pilot sites in Stanitsa Luhanska’.

‘Ukrainian side hasn’t given a signal about readiness to withdraw yet. There is no prerequisites to receive such a signal in a closer days’, the source clarified.

And the last one from yesterday’s anniversary of Maidan.

The office of pro-Kremlin ‘Ukrainsky vybor’ (Ukrainian choice) was routed in Kyiv at the ‘Day of Dignity and Freedom’.

Organizers of the action called protesters not to create fights. After some time policeman moved and activists entered the courtyard.

The centurion of Maidan Nickolay Kokhanovsky climbed on the porch and called Medvedchuk the ‘enemy of Ukraine’.

It’s important to notice that office rooms of ‘Ukrainian choice’ are neighbour with residential flats.  

Protesters began to hang out surveillance cameras. Stones flew in the windows, wherein not only glass of pro-Kremlin force was damaged. Activists from the crowd without real understanding were throwing stones in the building. Protesters begin to throw fires and smoke bombs into appeared holes in windows. At this time Kohanovsky tried to calm the raging crowd, asking not go to extremes.

‘It’s a residential house and Ukrainians live here’, Kohanovsky tried to appeal to crowd.

The ignition began and activists tried to repay it by own forces. But firefighters came soon and ignition was liquidated by fire brigade forces.

For not to interfere the work of rescue rangers police moved out journalists and protesters from routed office. After being quits with Medvedchuk office protesters direct to Lev Tolstoi square, where ‘Sberbank of Russia’ is located. Activists didn’t pay attention for callings to come back to Maidan, broke facade windows, broke into, where ransacked.

When ‘Sberbank’ filiation began to remind shelled houses on the demarcation line, protesters left the building. Police started to move to the scene and activists retreated.
