Tries to return Crimean convicted to Ukraine, Ukrainian support of children of Crimean political prisoners in Russia, ‘forbidden’ in ‘LPR’ 54 UN humanitarian trucks, top brassers interested in negotiations of Savchenko with ‘L/Dpr’ chieftains, ‘LPR’ doesn’t understand OSCE demands to demine roads in Donbass.

Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatiana Moskalkova promised to Ukrainian Ombudsman Valeriya Lutkovska to find the mechanism of returning convicted to Ukraine, serving time in the Crimea.

‘We are guilty before those, whom we left in Crimea… After all people from Crimean prisons are transported throughout Russia. Now, I’m trying to agree with the RF Ombudsman about removing of people, who are still kept in Crimea, on the controlled by us territory. Then we’ll try to return those, who had been already transported, but it will the second step’, Lutkovskaya claimed in the interview to ‘Hromadske radio’.

Ombudsman claims that an agreement with the Russian side exists, but there are some problems with returning of prisoners.

‘It’s important to find mechanism, on a base of which these people could be transported from colony and given into my hands in Chongar. From the point of view of our legislation everything is simple, but as for RF Ombudsman it’s a big problem. She promises me by telephone that mechanism will be found’, Lutkovskaya said.

At the same time nearly 70 children of Crimean tatars are waiting for the meeting with their illegal detented parents, who are in Russian jails now. The head of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, MP Refat Chubarov has reported about it in time of opening charity event ‘Helping hand’.

According to the information of UNN charity action ‘Helping hand’, which took place in the National Parliament Library of Ukraine, is called to collect funds for children from families of political prisoners in Crimea.

‘22 persons are behind the bars now. Those 22 parents have more 70 underged children. This event, where our children are the main characters and it has no difference if they live in Crimea or in  mainland Ukraine’, Chubarov noted.

Un staff sent 54 trucks with humanitarian aid to captured by ‘LPR’ insurgents Luhansk. Fighters of the groupings ordered to keep this information secret, but it had already leaked to the web.

Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Ukraine made public relevant information in the social media. It was noted, that the goal of convoy is to help to civils.

In its turn Luhansk blogger Savely Vasserman wrote on his Facebook page:

‘UN have brought to Luhansk 54 full trucks with humanitarian aid. It’s forbidden to write and to talk about it in our media. The position is like it’s an ordinary event not worth the attention. It’s not Russian humanitarian convoys of death’.

SSU is checking the information about secret bee of MP Nadezhda Savchenko with ‘L/DPR’ chieftains in Minsk. Adviser of the SSU chairman Jury Tandit has reported about it in the broadcasting of TV-channel ‘112 Ukraine’.

‘We’re collecting the information now, connected not only with journey of Nadezhda Savchenko in Belarus, but also with other politicians to other countries. Everything that connected with matter of releasing of hostages is very important for us. We will check this information out and will find out the details including about Nadezhda Savchenko’, Tandit stressed.

He also added, that top-brass dept. will use any possibilities to accelerate the process of liberation of Ukrainian hostages.

‘Except official negotiators, official persons, different people as representatives of public organizations, politicians, MPs, representatives of different confessions of different churches are taking part in this negotiations. It’s important for us that guys must be released. We interested to do everything with permanently appeared possibilities for people to come back. It’s important to remember that we, Ukrainians, have a right in the negotiations with Special Districts of Luhansk and Donetsk Regions, it’s our territory’, explained Jury Tandit.

At once, the message about secret bee of ex-hostage Savchenko with Plotnitsky and Zakharcheko was published by LIGA.net with the link on uncalled sources. According to their information, the meet in Minsk was organized by Federal State Security of Russia with the assistance of the Russian Embassy in Belarus.

One of sources confirms that bee of Savchenko with terrorists’ chieftains with the presence of the representatives of FSB was dedicated to organization of pressure on Ukrainian authority to make it agree to negotiate directly with ‘DPR’ and ‘LPR’.  After that Savchenko on December 11 in Kyiv refused to answer on straight questions of journalists about meet in Minsk.

Except this, SDLaDR representatives don’t understand why roads and areas throughout captured territories must be demind.

So-called ‘LPR’ Authorised Representative Vladislav Deinego claimed during negotiations of Contact Group in Minsk, that it’s not clear for him, why OSCE representatives are insisting on the demining of the roads near demarcation line. Separatist media have reported about it.

According to his words the demining of village roads and footpaths is a strange suggestion. Because, as Deinego noted, ‘SMM OSCE mandate doesn’t allow them to move on the roads without hard coating, because of their safety’.

‘The matters about demining were raising in so strange plane. They were raised in such a context, that SMM wants to provide the possibility to themselves to move on country roads, on footpaths etc. And it’s necessary to carry out the demining of these districts, at the same time the SMM OSCE mandate doesn’t allow them to move on the roads without hard coating, because of their safety’, he claimed and added that this question sounds strange.

At once Deinego confirms that it’s necessary to talk about ‘demining of vital installations’. However with this he doesn’t call any of such installations.

‘The matter sounds strange, especially it sounds strange on the background of such fact, that we already have the decision of Minsk Contact Group on demining in priority areas, if it’s necessary to provide some economic activities, security issues, etc’, he said.
