‘Governor-separaist’ Pasha Gubarev wanted for questioning

Secret Service of Ukraine (SBU) calls for interrogation ex self-proclaimed Donetsk region ‘governor’ Pavel Gubarev. Examination agenda was published into paper ‘Urydovy kurier’ (The Governmental Courier).

SBU is waiting for Gubarev from 11th to 13th of January in Kyiv to hold investigate and process actions. The report of dept. tells that Gubarev is suspected in territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine, organizing mass disturbances and involvement in the activities of terrorist organizations.

Art. 42, 133, 135 Code of Criminal Procedure is called at 10 am. 00 min. 11, 12 and 13 January 2017 to the senior investigator ATS CSO SBU Romanchenko AA in the cab. 311 at Mr .. Str. Gubarev was one of the active actors of ‘Russian spring’ in Donetsk region. He provoked people to assault administrative buildings and called himself ‘people’s governor’. He had been arrested, but exchanged on Ukrainian top-brassers in May 2014. At the same time he’s wanted.

‘People’s governor’ couldn’t find his place among new ‘authorities’ of the occupied part of Donetsk region. Some time he lived in Russia. Then there was a try to appoint him as ‘mayor’ of occupied Yasinovataya, but this attempt failed. Now the location of Gubarev is unknown.
