Today’s night on February 2, at 3:40am fighters caused new artillery impact on Avdiivka. The police of Donetsk region reports that there are no information about dead or wounded. At the same time it’s known that after night shelling 6 cottages were destroyed. Policemen are working on the places of demolition. Investigative operative groups are documenting the aftermath of artillery impact.

The criminal proceedings on art. 258 ‘Terrorist act’ of the Criminal Code of Ukraine were opened on this case.

Moreover, according to the information of the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine 149 people were evacuated from Avdiivka, 77 are children from them.

Nearly 260 people are taking part or engaged in emergency and recovery operations. Also, 60 units of equipment are acted.

‘The heat supply in the city managed centrally by combined heat and power plant on natural gas, the coolant temperature in the heating system – 50 degrees above zero, in flats temperature – 15-17 degrees of heat’, the report tells.

Centralized power supply is absent in the city at the moment. The objects of social and domestic sphere, without their own backup power systems, are provided with the electricity from 11 SES Generators (4 generators of various capacities are aside).
