Crimean human rights activists are in safety. FSB fined and released detainees

FSB fined and released earlier detained Ukrainian human rights activists near checkpoint ‘Kalanchak’ on the administrative border with occupied Crimea. The information about this was confirmed in the Office of the Ombudsman for Human Rights in Ukraine. Its representative was among detainees. ‘Radio Svoboda’ (Radio Freedom) reports.

‘All Ukrainian human rights activists, detained by Russian border guards on March 13, were released’, employees from Office of the Ombudsman clarified and added that according to the administrative protocols about the ‘violation of an order in the frontier zone’ were made and fines too.

We would remind that on Monday, March 13, FSB has detained two representatives of Crimean Human Rights Group Olga Skrypnyk and Vladimir Checkrygin in neutral zone on the administrative border with occupied Crimea.
