‘Equated with Ukrainian’. Russia didn’t provide exemptions to ‘LPR’ and ‘DPR’ passports

Owners of ‘passports’ issued by ‘DPR’ and ‘LPR’ must leave Russian territory every 90 days. Russian mass media wrote about it.

The Russian Duma claimed that MPs didn’t know about such a measure and they’re surprised by this fact. At the same time documents issued by Non Governments Controlled Areas of Donbass authorities won’t give a right to have more long term of stay in Russia, because ‘they equated with Ukrainian’. The same norms and rules as on Ukrainian are spreaded on such ‘passports’.

Some officials have confirmed to one of Russian editions that owners of ‘LPR’, ‘DPR’ ‘passports’ are considered foreigners, this means the citizens of Ukraine.

But, one military, on which words refer Russian journalists, claimed that in time of crossing the border ‘LPR’, ‘DPR’ ‘documents’’ owners don’t fill migration card. However, according to words of NGCA inhabitants that’s not true.

We would remind that European Union doesn’t recognize passports and other documents, issued by self-proclaimed ‘LPR’ and ‘DPR’. Official representative of the head of European diplomacy Federica Magerini Maya Kotsjanichich has accentuated attention on this fact.
