Withdrawal near Stanitsa Luhanska failed

NGCA illegal gang formations once again failed withdrawal, which might take place on the site #1 Stanitsa Luhanska. ATO press-center has made a post in Facebook, linking on Ukrainian side of Joint Center for Coordination and Ceasefire (JCCC).

‘Ukrainian side of JCCC once again is forced to state that in spite of indicative NGCA illegal gang formations actions, according to ‘readiness’ to withdraw on the site #1 Stanitsa Luhanska, which was described by RF and NGCA mass-media, fighters really had a goal to blame Ukrainian side in a regular Minsk agreements violation’, tells the message.

Considering that the regime of complete silence on the site number 1 was being fixed more than 4 days, HQ ATO has held on April 6 the coordination session of withdrawal, which could already happen on April 9.

Contrary to this, fighters shelled the withdrawal site #1 Stanitsa Luhanska, using large-caliber machine gun, automatic grenade launcher and small arms on April 6 from 8:05 pm to 8:40 pm. This fact shows fighters’ intentional and mean breakdown of withdrawal on the specified site, JCCC emphasized.

It’s reported that Ukrainian side firmly stands in the position of compliance by all parties with all points of the Minsk agreements, including the Framework Decision of the Tripartite Contact Group on the Dissemination of Forces and Means, which was signed on September 21, 2016, and consistently fulfill all obligations assumed.
