Crimean Tatar was detained in Crimea for single picket

An activist Server ag’a Karametov, who made single picket near building of a ‘supreme court’ in which session on the case of Akhtem Chiygoz is taking place, was detained in occupied by Russia Crimea.

A man demanded to release Akhtem Chiygoz and other political prisoners. The attorney Emil Kurbedinov reported that ‘rally and defiance’ is incriminated the detainee. Later he added that coordination of movements of detained Server ag’a is violated and ‘he can only move his arms and body with jerks’. According to lawyer words, policemen took this fact as disobedience.

Info: The Deputy Chairman of Majlis of Crimean Tatar people was detained on January 29, 2015. He is incriminated the ‘organization and participation in mass riots near the walls of the Crimean Parliament on February 26, 2014’. Another five Crimean Tatars – Mustafa Degermenji, Ali Asanov, Arsen Yunusov, Eskender Kantemirov and Eskender Emirvaliev are charged with participation in mass riots.
