The head of “LPR” Ihor Plotnitsky removed from posts the main figurants of “coal takeover”: so-called “the Minister of Fuel, Energy and Coal Industry” Dmitry Lyamin and “the Minister of State Security” Leonid Pasechnik. He had given an order to arrest Lyamin. RIA News with the link on the press-service of the head of “LPR” reported about it.

Plotnitsky cancelled the decision of “MSS” about arrest of Lyamin and claimed that he didn’t give any sanctions on arrest of “the minister” to the staff of the unit.

At the same time the special temporary investigated commission of the “People’s Council of “LPR” demanded from “MSS” explanations about detention.

Also, there was noticed in the statement that operation to deny and arrest Lyamin was made with violations of the current legislation of the “republic” with the privity of the head and government of “LPR”.

“The final decision on the degree of responsibility of the officials will be accepted according to the results of the parliamentary and public prosecutor’s investigation”, noticed the press-service.

Deputies of Pasechnik and Lyamin were appointed as the acting of them.
