Local retired people of Alchevsk where there is big delay with payments are actively discussing the idea of a protest against “authorities”.

Pensioners are angry because of delays with payments and they plan to organize protests ear the city hall in attempt to attract attention to the problem on non-payment of pensions.

“How long should we wait for and keep silent? If there is no money, they should say that, why do they lie to us and promise everything will be fine tomorrow” said local resident.

On October 26 “authorities” of Alchevsk continue to pay pensions scheduled for October 15.
