Wagner, sent mercenaries to Donbass and Syria, photographed with Putin

Picture of the president of Russia Vladimir Putin with Dmitry Utkin, well-known as Wagner, has appeared in the internet. He heads the eponymous private military company (PMC ‘Wagner’). Kremlin has confirmed the authenticity of the picture.

According to words of the press-secretary of the president Dmitry Peskov, the picture was made during the reception on December 9 in Kremlin. Peskov reported about it in the commentary to TV-channel ‘Dozhd’ (Rain).

‘The president has made a lot of photo with guests on the sidelines of the reception. Maybe, it is one of such photo. There was no separate communication with him’, explained the press-secretary of Putin.

Photo of Putin with Wagner (Wagner is rightmost), his comrade Andrei Troshev and others has appeared in VK-community ‘War News Today’.

info: Dmitry Utkin (Wagner) is the reserve officer, he was the commander of 700th separate squad of Special Forces of the 2 separate brigade of special purpose of the State Intelligence Agency.

Wagner heads the eponymous company, where mercenaries pass through the military training in the private order and then go to Syria. Otherwise, earlier ‘pupils’ of Wagner took part in 2014-2015 in Donbass warfare on fighters’ side. Beginning from autumn 2015 mercenaries of Wagner relocated in Syria.
