The scratch-cards of mobile operator “Life” is sold overpriced. According to report of source to correspondent of informator.lg.ua voucher in hryvnia on “25 UAH” (with surcharge) costs 30 UAH. It can be bought mostly for Russian rubles at the rate of 100 rubles for 39 hryvnias.

“Playing with the rate” hryvnia falsely is made more expensive comparing with ruble. So, for one unit of good the customer forced to give more big number of “cheapened” rubles. The thing that must be costed 50-60 rubles is sold for 77. Margin is to 50%. The source reported that vouchers on  shown price are bought even by insurgents and such “price policy” is approved behind the scenes by “authority of republic”.

It’s also noticed that biggest part of points of currency exchange don’t sale hryvnia. The main part of the deficit Ukrainian currency in “LPR” is going on the purchase of food products in Ukraine, which through the entrepreneurs or with detours is delivered in “republic”.

As it was reported earlier, the operator of mobile connection “MTS Ukraine” reports that work of objects, which provided the connection in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, was recovered. The 67 objects were restored. The work of 14 objects of network in 9 settlements of Stanitsa Luhanska district and in three settlements of Starobelsk district was recovered.
