A lot of people knows how it is hard to survive in «LPR»: there is no work, big debt for payments and «young republic» gives to people infrequent payment of wages and pensions as a sop to throw. The 31st “humanitarian” convoy from Russia came into the city and people didn’t see any aid. But “LPR” has its own citizens, who are very satisfied with their lives and feel very comfortable in the new “country”. Their children openly rejoice for mother’s or father’s “warm” place and without any hesitations demonstrate their luxury life, when somebody didn’t have money to buy a food for family. We will talk today about the «gilded youth» of youth republic and their “gilded parents”.

The evidence, that daughter of one of the chiefs of so-called “Recovery Control Center” of “LPR” live in grand style in occupied Luhansk, appeared in the editorial office of informator.lg.ua. She posts the photos in the social media of her rest in the restaurants and entertainment centers of Luhansk, which renewed their work. Source is noticing that, the girl changes dresses according to her regularity of visiting this уntertainment facilities. You scarcely find her in one dress on two photos of different clubs.

It’s all about Lugansk girl Lolita Tikhonova.

We have a doubts that girl can find so well-paid job, which allows to have such “beautiful life” in occupied Luhansk. And our doubts were confirmed, when we found her father Anatoliy Tikhonov. As it turned out, he occupies a very significant position in young “republic” — the chief of operative unit of “Recovery Control Center”. That’s very good that insurgents of “LPR” have the informational portal which allows to see a biggest part of betrayers of Ukraine, came on the side of “LPR”. This site showed us what really Tikhonov does.

We found out two news on the site of separatists and insurgents “LuhanskInformCentre” where Anatoliy Tikhonov figures. One of them is that “The regular 26th “humanitarian” convoy from Russia arrived in Luhansk on May 14, 2015”.

The second news on the same site could be found thanking to the source who knows Anatoliy in person. This time Anatoliy Tikhonov appeared in the news where “Leader of “LPR” Ihor Plotnitsky awarded with 87 medals the rescuers of MES of RF”, who took part in escort and delivering all the 28 humanitarian convoys in “Luhansk People’s Republic”. This time we were lucky more — we can see our “hero”.

So, who are you, Anatoliy Tikhonov? Who has you been before a war?

We decided to begin our searches from his direct “chief” — the headmaster of “Recovery Control Center” — Aleksander Drobot.

It is known that before the creation of “LPR” Aleksander Drobot held a rank of The chief of Territorial Administration Ministry of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in Lugansk region on the questions of the rapid response and civil protection (But site of MES of Ukraine gives the another data for the 1st of of July 2012).

Also we found our “hero”, Anatoliy Tikhonov there on the site. He had a very profitable rank for the 1st of July 2012 — the head of logistics. This means that our “hero” has been working a rear-man in the rows of MES.

He continued to work in his specialty even when Anatoliy Tikhonov removes on the side of insurgents of “LPR”.

The search in the internet showed that Tikhonov have been working in the MES for a long time. The news where he glimpses on the photos were detected. For example, the news about the appointment of the Chief of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in the Luhansk region Aleksander Nedobitkov, posted on the site 0642.ua on November 15, 2010.

Our source reported that career of Anatoliy Tikhonov, as the officer of rear has been beginning since 1989, when he had entered Gorky Military School of Logistics. And city buildings is still stay with boarded windows with plywood, and pensioners, who even haven’t seen the notorious “humanitarian aid”, try to find a way to stay alive in such conditions.

Assessment of today’s action of leadership of “LPR” must be given by people who support the “republic” and live on the the occupied part of Luhansk region. And Ukrainian authority, especially SSU should take a note of such a «leaders» like Anatoliy Tikhonov, who removed on the side of malfeasants and terrorists of “LPR”.
