The head of Luhansk regional military-civilian administration Hennadiy Moskal will become the new Chairman of Zakarpatye State Administration. The channel “112 Ukraine” with link on the press-service of “Petr Poroshenko’s Block” reports about it.

The first deputy of the head of the fraction, answering the questions of journalists who can head Zakarpatye State Administration, claimed: “He had already headed it. The Chairman became mister Moskal. There is a decree”. Also this information was confirmed to “Ukrainian Pravda” by two interlocutors in the surroundings of Hennadiy Moskal and in Administration of the president. According to information of interlocutors the question has already been resolved. “The appointment will be made in a closer days till the end of the week” — the interlocutor from surrounding of Moskal told. “The conversation about this was yesterday” — he added. In turn the employee of Administration of the president added that it will be not only replacement of Chairman of State Administration, that’s why it needs time.

At the same time the interlocutors answered on the question if there is the candidate on the post of head of Luhansk region, that there is no completely position about it.

Hennadiy Moskal personally didn’t confirm or disprove the information about his appointment on the post of governor of Zakarpatskiy region in the broadcasting of channel “112 Ukraine”. In particular, he noticed that Administration of the president will decide about his appointment of governor of Zakarpatskiy region. Mass-media reported that the main task for Moskal will be to bring order to smuggling and to deal with «the right sector» in the region primarily.

We would remind that Hennadiy Moskal was appointed the Chairman of the State Administration of Luhansk on September 2014 and on March 5 2015 he was appointed the head of Luhansk regional military and civil administration.

Moskal held the a tough position of the leader. So, he prohibited the sale of alcohol on the demarcation line. He tightened the control on the checkpoints on the border with “LPR” Except this, Hennadiy Moskal had the conflict situations with volunteer batallions in Luhansk region and also with SSU administration.
