The mercenaries fired on the territory of the neuropsychiatric boarding in village Staromihailivka on the West of Donetsk. During the shelling the staff evacuated in a safe place, leaved the patients unattended, as it was reported in the social media by users.  According to information of civils about 15 violent patients were free. “The police of “DPR” is looking for escaped.
