The leader of «republic» Ihor Plotnitsky began the «cold war» with chairman of «People’s Council of «LPR» Aleksei Karyakin. The closed source reported to the correspondent of informator.lg.ua the huge quarrel of heads of “republic” happened before the regular session of “People’s Council”.

“Traditionally the presidium always preceded to sessions of council. It was assigned at 10 o’clock am. However, Plotnitsky made the wigging to Karyakin for the unknown offense before the presidium. He reported him, breaking into a shout, chairman answered with cry too” — the source is remembering. According to his words quarrel in the sidelines had lasted for a few hours. It became a reason to begin the session of presidium at 2 o’clock pm and council gathered at 6 o’clock pm.
