Luhansk region. It’s calm in Luhansk. There weren’t any shells. Petrovskaya pumping station began to work in normal regime yesterday, this will provide troubleproof water supply in the Northern districts of Luhansk.
Local authorities of Alchevsk are trying to solve the problem with providing to the residents the hot water. A few 60 tonne tanks, from what the technical water is going to submit are mounted in the town.

Tractor blew up on the antitank mine in time of making the agricultural works in Stanitsa Luhanska district near village Shirokiy. Tractor driver got mild concussion.
The insurgents opened fire on the fishermen in Lutuhino near the local reservoir.
Donetsk region. It was relatively calm in Donetsk at night and daytime. According to the information of the locals, the tanks of Russian mercenaries were noticed disguised near Donetsk state factory of chemical products on Sofiyskaya street. Maybe the storage of radioactive waste is located on the territory of the plant and such neighborhood is very dangerous to Donetsk residents.
According to the press-service of Donetsk City Council, 11 electric substations doesn’t work in the regional centre, 210 abonents doesn’t have gas in their houses and flats.
The authorities of the separatists started in test regime the work of new mobile operator “Phoenix” on the occupied territory. The specialists say that its work is carried out on the seized from the owner equipment of Ukrainian operator “Kyivstar”.
Around the Donetsk International Airport Ukrainian positions near the villages Opytne and Vodyane were shelled by artillery and mortars of calibre more than 100 mm.
Separatists made fire from the high-calibre artillery on town Dzerzhinsk from occupied Horlovka at a daytime. Two civils and one Ukrainian military died.
In Mariupol’s direction separatists shot Ukrainian positions near Staroihnatovka village from the tank and 122 mm cannons.
The armed provocations of the insurgents are noticed near villages Nikolaevka and Chermalyk. The observers of OSCE fixed the big congestion in the village Bezymennoe in 30 kilometers from Mariupol, including 11 tanks, 31 armored personnel carriers, 2 artillery launchers, 31 truck with ammunition and manpower.
