After the capturing the representative of the local communist party was elected as “people’s mayor”. The secretary become Tatiana Vinnik, who was the first secretary of Lisichansk City Committee. It was made under the pressure of people with machine guns. The deputy of Sverdlovsk City Council from CPU Aleksander Gaydei made a gang and then took under control Sverdlovsk district.
