“LPR” introduced strict vindictive damages, up to confiscation of vehicles, to fight illegal transporters. It was reported by the “Minister” of Infrastructure and Transport of the “LPR” Aleksandr Chumachenko. After a meeting of the Head of the “LPR” with transporters in “republic” a decision was made to start fighting illegal transportations to the Russian Federation.

According to separatists’ site “MIA Istok” a list of legal transporters was made. “Border guards” and “custom officers” will send reports about illegal transportations monthly. Those reports will be sent to the “State Committee of Taxes and Duties” and to the “General Prosecutor’s Office of the LPR”.

Next measures will be taken against violators: for the first time — a 1700 UAH fine, second time – 3400 UAH fine and third time – confiscation and selling of the vehicle. Returns will be sent to the state income.

It was reported earlier that the Head of the “LPR” Igor Plotnitskiy ordered to confiscate transport, which belongs to enterprises, which are not registered on the territory of “Republic”.
