Mercenaries of “DPR” made the shelling on positions of AFU and then without waiting of return fire turned back their cannons in the direction of controlled by them territory. The circumstances of shelling were fixed by people with photo- and movie cameras. Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Coordination and Ceasefire (JCCC) reports about this on the page of press-centre of ATO.

Mercenaries fired on positions of military near village Zaitsevo of Donetsk region on August 18 from 11:30 am to 11:50 am. Wherein a man with movie camera was noticed on positions of insurgents. He made shooting.

“Convinced that needed for the information provocation «picture» could not be created, driven by pro-Russian mercenaries garbage truck disappeared in the direction of controlled by terrorists Horlovka. After a short time people with photo- and videocameras arrived on the place of shelling and also a few cars of white colour look alike automobiles that are used by representatives of international organizations” — the press-officer of Ukrainian side JCCC Ruslan Semenyuk told about this.

Also he reports that Ukrainian side of General Centre for Coordination and Ceasefire immediately informed about provocation of representatives of OSCE and JCCC.

“Deliberate mortar shelling of the controlled by separatists territory demonstrated intention to cause resentment among the locals. Wherein Russian propaganda machine will try to remove guilty for exacerbation of social situation in the region on Ukrainian military” — noticed the head of Ukrainian JCCC general-mayor Boris Kremenetsky.

As it was reported earlier, insurgents fired on positions of Ukrainian military in Zaitsevo from mortar of calibre of 82 mm.
