Russia concentrates heavy armaments near Ukrainian border. It was reported by users of social networks. They said that a bus Luhansk-Kiev was cancelled because of approaching of a column to Izvarino. They also reported that tanks were seen in Rostov region, some of them are going by themselves, some are standing on haulage trucks.

It was reported earlier that a column of “LPR” fighters’ equipment was seen in Rostov region on August 14.
