Election campaign of “Mir Luhanschine” controlled by leader of “LPR” Ihor Plotnitsky will be done by command of Russian spin doctors. According to report of closed source from authority of “republic” to correspondent of informator.lg.ua they were given the clean task that people of Plotnitsky must enter councils. “They need victory. Flawless victory, but the illusion of fair and democratic elections must be kept. They were afraid to trust this task to local consultants” — explained source.

We would remind that earlier the former deputy of chairman of the Luhansk regional organization «Party of Regions» Rodion Miroshnik was responsible for promotion of “Mir Luhanschine”.
