‘LPR’ representatives claim that local mobile operator ‘Lugacom’, beginning from March 1, begin to provide the outgoing international connection service. Separatist media report that ‘republic’ residents could make calls in almost all countries of the world, except Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Herewith the operator clarifies that connection with these countries will be available in the second half of March.
