Luhansk region. It was quiet in Luhansk at night and in the afternoon. Local residents complain about a deficit of drinking water.

Witnesses in Luhansk report that they have seen white puffs in Shchastya direction.

According to witnesses’ reports shelling sounds were heard in Stanitsa Luhanskaya, Makarovo and Valuyskoe villages at night. Separatists Used mortars and artillery. Residential houses and gas supply line were damaged in the village. Ukrainian block post in Stanitsa Luhanskaya started to let civilians go to Luhansk direction and back.

Water lines and objects of water supply were damaged by separatists’ fire near Rodina village (Zolote city’s region). Pervomaysk, Stahanov, Alchevsk and partly Luhansk have no water.

Ukrainian law-enforcement officers detained two citizens of Belarus on a block post near Lisichansk. They were going to the conflict zone to join mercenaries.

Yesterday on the Luhansk-Alchevsk road unknown people fired an off-road vehicle, which belonged to one of separatists’ leaders – Aleksey Mozgovoy. He, his press-secretary, driver and two safe guards died. Two civilian cars also were fired, two people died.

Donetsk region. It was quiet in Donetsk at night and in the afternoon. Locals heard artillery shelling in the North part of the city. According to the press office of the Donetsk City Council, 9 transforming substations were working in Donetsk in the morning, 176 subscribers had no gas.

Fighters keep attacking Ukrainian positions around the territory of the Donetsk International Airport. Separatists were firing Peski and Opytne villages near the Butovka mine. Fighters also fired Avdeevka city and industrial zone of the Avdeevka by-product coke plant from MLRSs. One man was killed, two received heavy wounds. The plant has been stopped, workshops and mains were damaged. It is impossible now to restore its work.

There have been problems with water supply in the central part of Slavyansk city.

A group of observers of the Special center of control and coordination of the ceasefire regime were under fighters’ shelling near Gorlovka. No one was hurt; investigation of the incident has started.

Separatists fired Shirokino village in Mariupol’s direction. In spite of statements in media, the village is not demilitarized. AFU’s soldiers and volunteer groups keep their positions and defend approaches to Mariupol.
