The biggest part of checkpoints in ATO zone is closed for moving of cars and people through demarcation line, because of strengthening of fightings. The lawyer of Charitable Foundation “Vostok-SOS” Levon Azizyan, making the monitoring of access system,   reported about this to informator.lg.ua.

“Two of three checkpoints of entry-exit are closed in this moment in sector A. It’s the block-posts in Stanitsa Luhanska and Schastie. Moreover, the checkpoint of Schastie was excluded by HQ of ATO centre from the list of official checkpoints and likely there won’t be moving through it in a closer time. SSU doesn’t explain the reasons of exclusion of checkpoint from lists, but earlier this block-post worked as point of entry-exit” — tells Levon Azizyan.

Point is working oh a half on checkpoint in village Zolote according to words of lawyer. Moving of the pedestrians and bikers realize on passes. Enter on a car is forbidden.

“The only working point in normal mode is the block-post in sector C in town Zaitsevo in Artemovsk-Horlovka direction. There was one more point of entry-exit — “Faschevka”, but after capturing of Debaltsevo HQ of ATO decided not to remove this block-post closer to Artemovsk, they simply closed it” — tells the lawyer.

According to information of Levon Azizyan all three checkpoints of sector B are closed till this moment.

“Points in Heorhievka, Bugas and Kurakhovo are closed, because of attacks on Mariinka and Krasnohorovka by mercenaries” — tells lawyer.

The cases in sector M are more good. Checkpoint near village Hnutovo works in full regime, th direction Mariupol-Sartana-Talakovka-Hnutovo.

“The closing of checkpoints connects with activity of fightings, after its end they will be closed, but not everywhere. For example Rostov-Kharkov track, checkpoint Faschevka is closed and it’s officially is not a block-post. There even no any fightings.

In spite of huge queues HQ of ATO didn’t want to increase the number of checkpoints, acknowledging only 7 from them — Zolotoe, Nikolaevka, Heorhievka, Kurahovo, Bugas and Hnutove” — tells Levon Azizyan.

According to words of lawyer electronic system of passing was widely announced. You can cross the border, registering your person before, but this system didn’t functioning. Crossing is allowed only with paper pass.

“Moms with children won’t be skip without necessary document in spite of rumors. However you can cross some block-posts for bribes. The most popular scheme when passengers pay for driver of the bus and he agrees with militaries. The sum usually is in a price of ticket” — noticed Levon Azizyan.
