Valentina Tkachenko – “the Minister of Education of LPR” announced that. “I’ll repeat, if students will finish passing their exams, it will not mean that they will get diplomas, — Valentina Tkachenko underlined. – Our graduates will be able to get Russian diplomas not earlier than in October”.

She has also noted, that according to Russian laws, diplomas are given after at least two months and a half after submission of application about passing of external exams.

We would remind you, that it was officially recognized by the “LPR”, that only those students, who will protect their works in Russian universities, will get Russian diplomas.
