Two Luhansk residents involved in tortures and murder of a local entrepreneur were arrested in the “LPR”. Two men broke into apartment of the businessman and kidnapped him, according to the source of the Informator.lg.ua. then they took him to the Alchevsk MREO. Fighters demanded money, tortured the businessman.

He died during a torture.
