Subpoenas in “militia” are given by representatives of “People’s Militia” in “Luhansk People’s Republic”. One of the locals report to correspondent of informator.lg.ua, agendas could be given after getting the complaint against the employee by the employer  or the neighbor.

As it was told earlier, nearly 4,5 thousands of volunteers enrolled into “Militia of “LPR” on February this year.
