Luhansk region. It is relatively quiet in Luhansk, there are no combats. Water is supplied according to a strict schedule. Drunk fighters made a skirmish in the afternoon in Yakira neighborhood.
According to checked information, three women died in accident with fighters’ IFV on the 50-letiya Oktybrya area.
“Luhanskelektrotrans” reported that circulation of trams was suspended at least for 2 weeks because of an inability to pay checks for electricity.
Ukrainian positions along the Bahmut road are still attacked by terrorists. Early in the morning fighters shelled Popasnaya city from multiple rocket launcher system “Grad” from the side of occupied Stahanov city. One member of National guard was injured. Residential houses on Mironovskaya street and in “Cheremushki” neighborhood were damaged. Local residents reported, that ambulance was sent to shelling area. Ukrainian positions near Zolotoe city were shelled by terrorists from howitzers of big caliber. Geevka and Trehizbenka villages were also shelled by fighters.
Donetsk region. Residential areas in Donetsk were intensively shelled again. Kievskiy and Petrovskiy areas suffered the most. One woman was killed. “Putilovskiy” market was hit by shells. Residential houses on Sakko, Vantseti, Nedelina, Shafrannaya, Borisa Gorbatova streets and micro-district “Zhilploshadka” were damaged.
A meeting against war took place near a building of the Donetsk regional administration. The meeting was broken up, activists were detained by fighters.
According to information of the press office of the Donetsk City Council, 19 power substations are off in Donetsk, 320 subscribers have no gas supply.
Outskirts of Avdeevka, Opytnoe village and neighborhood of “Butovka” mine were shelled by separatists in the side of the Donetsk international airport. Mariinka was shelled by fighters in the afternoon from the territory of 29th mine.
Russian mercenaries keep moving equipment along territory of the region. Two army tractors with tanks T-72 drove through Shahtersk to Donetsk direction. 4 IFVs with Russian symbols drove in the same direction in the afternoon.
Situation has become even worse after changing of the admission system on the demarcation line. Queue of cars to the checkpoint in Gorlovka has almost reached Artemovsk. People are blocking the road, a few conflicts have been unleashed. Mayorskiy checkpoint worked only for “exit” in the evening, only cars and pedestrians could pass the post. Busses with passengers were not allowed to go.
Positions of the ATO forces in the Mariupol direction near Shirokino have been shelled by Russian terrorists 12 times, near Chermalyk – 2 times during last day. One Ukrainian soldier was injured, he received medical help.
