The fighters from “Luhansk commandant’s office” detained the deputy of commander of “platoon of artillery division of the 2nd brigade” Denis Shatalov. Being strongly drunk, detained hijacked military vehicle and moved through Luhansk on a big speed.

According to information of the source, it had become possible to catch him, when fuel ended in hijacked car. “There were no victims, because accident happened at night, in the period of the curfew”, the source said.
