In the connection with development of the “First republic” operator of connection “Phoenix” on September 28 “The Ministry of Connection of DPR” accepted an order about the termination of activity of Ukrainian mobile operators “Kyivstar”, “Life” and “MTS” on the territory of “DPR” from October 1, 2015.

“The leadership of DPR” decided to begin creating of own mobile operator “Phoenix” after the invading of the technical center of mobile operator “Kyivstar” on February 2015. Operator has begun testing work on June 16. The cost of SIM-cards is 60 UAH. According to data of “The Ministry of Connection” 47 thousands of people has already connected to “Phoenix”.

We would remind that SIM-cards of mobile operator of “DPR” could be bought only with passport.
