There are 17 people living in a camp for IDP in Alchevsk city controlled by insurgents. Displaced people are from villages located on the contact line on LPR controlled territory. Representatives of Special monitoring mission of OSCE report that people can’t go back home as their houses were destroyed during shelling. Those people also need worth clothes for the winter.
