The leader of LPR Igor Plotnitskiy ordered to tighten control on water wells drilling in occupied Lugansk. This happened after the “mayor” of the city Manolis Pilavov complained that local residents are drilling wells on their own. According to him the city can lose its water intakes because of uncontrolled drilling. As “Luganskinformcenter” reports local “police” was ordered to control the drilling of wells. “I don’t mind that people are drilling, but everything should be according to procedure and with a permit” said Plotnitskiy.

Previously it was reported that similar “groups” will control prices in the markets of LPR.
