Two “volunteers” from Russia tried to explode electrical support coming from Russia’s side in village Khryaschevatoe on September 29 nearly 3:40 pm. According to the report of the source terrorist act was going to be near monument “Tank”.  

Eyewitnesses report that slap was heard near 3:40 pm. Later, not far from close stop of long-distance transport damaged power line pole was detected. About two meters from pole metal folding knife, men’s cap, and a damaged cell phone were found in a little recess. The wire green and winding char of biological origin (presumably the part of the hand and fingers) also were found behind the pole, according to words of source, closed to “law enforcements of LPR”.

After a few hours the citizen of RF Vladimir Jemchugov (1970 birth) was hospitalized in Luhansk Regional Clinic Hospital with a diagnosis of “traumatic amputation of both hands” and with multiple shrapnel wounds abdomen and lower extremities. Now he is in a critical circumstance, his partner died on a place.

According to preliminary data, the blowing up of electrical support is going to be presented as action of “saboteurs of AFU”. Further details of the accident are being investigated.
