Representatives of “people’s militia of LPR” report that they started to withdraw tanks from the contact line. According to information posted at official website of Lugansk insurgents “Luganskinformcentre” the vehicles were withdrawn more than 15 km away from the contact line.

On September 30 the leader of insurgents Igor Plotnitskiy signed an order to withdraw heavy weapon away from the contact line.

Previously the contact group in Minsk signed agreement regarding withdrawal of heavy weapon from the contact line.

The day before that the contact group in Minks signed agreement to withdraw weapon of less than 100 mm away from the contact line.
