The inhabitant of Luhansk found out a large concentration of military on Karl Marx street on October 5 at 10 am. Moving on the car, DVR fixed men in camouflage uniform, vehicles with military numbers and covered truck “KAMAZ”.

Watchin clip it could be noticed that “men in camouflage” were going out from parked car VAZ-2106 on the 26th second, near the “house with columns” (house #7).  Covered “KAMAZ” is parked near car.

On the second minute (01:05) the car “Niva” was noticed near house #57. Man in military uniform was coming out from it.

The military group is already seen near the car of dark colour near house #61 (01:07). It was presumably with military numbers. Red microbus parked near.
