There is almost no hryvna left in LPR budget. This was reported by “the minister of finance of the republic” Yevgeniy Manuylov. According to him the amount of Ukrainian currency in the budget of LPR in September reduced almost to zero level.

“In previous months we had some hryvnas coming to the budget, by today after Septermber I want to say that the income of hryvna was almost zero” reports official website of separatists of Lugansk “Luganskinformcenter”.

According to the “minister” this happened because of economic blockade organized by Kiev.

Since the beginning of September Rubble is the official currency on the territory of LPR.
