The flagrantly infamous Luhansk regional council deputy from the “Party of Regions” Arsen Klinchaev was beaten near one of the cafe in Goloseevsky district on October 7. As it was reported by one of eyewitnesses odious “deputy” behaved provocatively, he was rude to the staff, clung to the girls, come into cafe. One of the visitors stood up for them.

“They fought one by one, but opponent became much more stronger and Klinchaev had got his own”, told one of visitors of cafe.

We would remind that deputy of Luhansk regional council was one of the organizators of pro-Russian meetings in Luhansk. He made repeated provocations in time of actions of Luhansk EuroMaidan. He was one of the heads on capturing of Regional State Administration on March 9. That day a few dozens of pro-Ukrainian activists had got injured.  

In summer last year, being under investigation, deputy was noticed on one of the capital beaches. In autumn last year Klinchaev started a brawl with female journalist from TVi channel.
