LPR starts to print “republican” excise stamps. “LuganskInformCenter” reports that “Council of Ministers of LPR” Gennadiy Tsypkalov signed a decree “About determining a company that will manufacture excise stamps for alcohol and cigarettes produced locally or imported”.

The documents says “Give permission to manufacture excise stamps for alcohol and cigarettes produced locally or imported ordered by State committee of taxes of Lugansk People’s Republic to “Press-Express” company”.

Representatives of “Tax office of LPR” offered businessmen who bring products from the territory of Ukraine to “republic” to buy excise stamps from them for alcohol and cigarettes.
