“The Minister of Economics of DPR” Yevgeniya Samokhina said that the price for bread in “republic” will increase.

“We currently recalculate the price because we switched to Ruble as main currency and because the cost the production also changed. We renews “Republican bread” program. The price for one loaf of bread will be fixed at 6 Rubles” said Samokhina.

She also said that the price of the bread will include the minimum needed to cover the production costs for manufacture. But Samokhina forgot about recent promises of the leaders of DPR who said that the switch to float exchange rate of Ruble will not affect prices, especially for socially important products.

Prices in markets of Donetsk are still much higher than in Kiev.
