Residents of Donetsk report that in Kievskiy District of the city they can see black smoke coming from the territory of former military recruitment center.

“There is recruitment center, military vehicles and garages, so there are a lot of things that can burn. There is also a slagheap nearby and there were military vehicles there. Maybe somebody just decided to eliminate that crap” said Igor Yevstratenko who lives in Donetsk.

Locals didn’t hear any sound of shooting or explosion.
